OUR THEMATIC AREAS

PROTECTION

At Afri-Youth Network, we believe every person whether from refugee or host communities has the right to live in safety, dignity, and without fear. Our Protection program safeguards the rights and wellbeing of vulnerable groups, especially children, women, persons with disabilities, and survivors of violence.

LIVELIHOOD

We provide tailored vocational training in areas such as tailoring, agribusiness, carpentry, technology, and small-scale manufacturing, ensuring that skills learned are marketrelevant and adaptable. This is when we give training on business management and financial literacy to young entrepreneurs, offer microloans to entrepreneurs, and empower artisans with garage tools to enhance their productivity and independence

Advocacy

We focus on key issues affecting our communities, including access to education, protection from violence, gender equality, youth participation, and socio-economic inclusion. Through dialogue platforms, community meetings, and stakeholder engagements, we ensure that the realities on the ground are shared with decision-makers at local, national, and international levels.
